Why A2/A2
Gentle Jerseys. Honest milk.
Our whole herd carries the A2/A2 genetics — the original milk protein many people find easier on the stomach. They're raised on grass and soy-free feed, with no synthetics, and milked by hand and heart.
Because we don't homogenize, the cream rises to the top — just give it a shake, or skim it for your coffee.
